Rest in peace you wonderful man.

I am loving my room in the pan'ing process on the way to neverland. If I can't have vines and filtered sunlight through leaves I want bunting, pegs photos and all of my little treasures.

laneway music festival

What can I say other then I never believed I would have the pleasure of seeing so many of my favourite artists all in the one place. On the second of Feb (despite the rain and the cold of sydney's bipolar weather) with some ponchos, ciders and a sailor jerry or two the three musical musketeers had the most amazing day listening to tunes and sharing the laughs. The Rubens, Bat for Lashes, Flume, Alpine, Of Monsters and Men, Alt J, Chet Faker, Real Estate, Yeasayer, Ms Mr and Cloud Nothings... seriously how is it possible to have so much goodness in one place? Whatever the explanation am I so thrilled I was part of such an amazing event.

the neverland project

Being interested in design, passionate and often overwhelmed by it means that inspiration in essential. I love being inspired as well as sourcing inspiration for projects and my own designer-ly ventures. Having a creative space amongst all of the constraints that I face like brief deadlines, economic barriers and good ol' creative block is actually really difficult, which is why I have decided to give myself a project that involves none of these but all of the rewards. I want to create a neverland space that has twinkling stars, bell jars, books, terrariums, found items and lost things. This will be my inspiration and my work.

First comes my one true love for imagination and inspiration - Pan.

Euro trippin

I had the most amazing time overseas (two summers this year!) Italy, Hungary and Berlin - amazing design. So nice to be wandering through so much culture and history, and the colours and details in everyday lives take my breath away. Planning to be back soon!
